Dr. Chung is amazing. So glad I found him. He calmed me down when I most needed it. I was able to get a same day appointment as a new patient and did not wait for hours. He reviewed all my medical history and took his time figuring out a treatment plan with me. I’ve seen many doctors but no one was as thorough as I medically needed as he was. I’m so grateful I found him. I’ve been feeling way better thanks to him but I feel he helped just because of the type of person and doctor he is. Thank you!!!!

My PCP of over 25 years retired and recommended Dr. Bruce Chung. I was nervous coming in and left with a big smile; I felt totally heard and in safe, knowledgeable, and caring hands. I most highly recommend him. His staff is patient, friendly, and efficient, as well.

Doctor Bruce Chung is absolutely one of the best doctors. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Doctor Chung very carefully listened to all my concerns and answered all the questions in a very detailed way. The office is very modern and super clean. The personnel is great and very friendly. I am so happy I found this amazing family doctor! Highly recommend.

Dr. Chung is a great doctor! I've been his patient since 2018, and am very happy with him. He is very thorough, kind, knowlegeable, and compassionate. I trust him 100%. He takes his time to listen to me, asks and answers my questions with terms I understand. The offices are beautiul, state of the art, very clean. The staff is efficient. Dr. Chung has been my primary doctor for several years. He is very attentive and takes his time with his patients, something very appreciated these days. He is attentive to your questions and very empathetic when offering treatment recommendations and providing psycho-education. He is also very detail oriented and orders labs for his patients without having to ask, as he wants to get in an in-depth understanding of the patients’ needs. The practice is also always very clean and decorated nicely, offering a welcoming environment. The staff is also friendly and the wait time is very short, your visit will be quick but efficient.

Dr. Bruce Chung was recommended to me through our close friends and they only had good things to say about him. He’s an excellent listener, even with such a busy long line of patients he had. He’s probably my favorite doctor I’ve seen. I highly recommend his office. His receptionist was excellent too!

Dr Chung is the best GP’s experience I ever had for the last 30 years! I was lucky to come across his practice by chance and have referred several patients to him. He is very knowledgeable, competent, modern, good listener, informative, positive, humble and has humor. He has always referred me to the best specialists in NYC. His STAFF IS EXTRAORDINARY!! Very well trained, organized, friendly, well equipped, no waiting time, professional and client-oriented. His office practice is always super clean, modern decor, and pleasant. They moved to a wider spacious floor, expanded it with many in-office services, lab and testing abilities. And the location midtown is very convenient, next to a central subway hub and 34th St. I strongly recommend Dr. Bruce Chung!

I highly recommend Dr Chung and City Family Practice! I've been going to Dr Chung for 15 years. He is a very caring and professional physician who is very skilled, talented and compassionate. I know I'm in good hands whenever I have a health problem. I know I will get the best care! The other doctors and nurses in Dr Chung's office are also excellent. I have seen Dr Karabundi several times and he has been terrific. I was also well taken care of by the physician's assistant Su Su Tun Kyi. She was ver thorough and efficient. She went over everything that was needed. She was very pleasant. I am ver grateful for City Family Practice! Keep up the great work!
